Remozard is an AI-powered remote job and talent platform designed to help professionals discover opportunities and connect with employers across Africa and beyond. We are looking for a capable Full-Stack Developer to help improve, maintain and expand our platform as we grow.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first web interfaces.

- Build and improve application features using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

- Work with Supabase, PostgreSQL, authentication, database policies and server-side functions.

- Integrate APIs, troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.

- Implement secure, reliable workflows for job listings, candidate applications, company verification and messaging.

- Collaborate with the founder to turn product requirements into working features.

- Test changes carefully and document important technical decisions.

Requirements

- Practical experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.

- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.

- Familiarity with authentication, API integration, database security and deployment workflows.

- Ability to troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly and deliver work reliably.

- A portfolio, GitHub repository or examples of previous projects.

Experience with Supabase, Cloudflare, GitHub and AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.

Work arrangement and compensation

This is a remote contract opportunity open to eligible applicants based in Africa. The developer should be available for reasonable collaboration with a team operating on West Africa Time (UTC+1).

Compensation will be negotiated based on experience, availability and the agreed scope of work. The engagement may begin with a defined project or initial contract, with the possibility of continued work based on performance and business needs.
